Our goal is to train people how to properly exercise, move, function, and overcome injuries and deficits. This is done by using specific techniques and creative approaches to improve physical movement, speed, balance and sport specific mobility.

Dr. Conder is a Z-Health Movement Performance Specialist (R,I,S,T).* He is certified in Movement Reeducation (R), Movement Integration (I), Movement Performance (S), and Exercise Therapy (T). These techniques are a nervous system training protocol to improve movement patterns. This provides individuals the framework and tools they need to optimize their health and performance including pain relief, injury prevention, and mindset.
Dr. Conder has personally been active in fitness, nutrition and supplementation for over 30 years. He is constantly researching new information on exercises, recovery, and overall improvement of the body and mind.
